Oscar Pistorius may spend just 10months in prison, despite the 5years sentence

Oscar Pistorius may have been handed a five year prison sentence for killing his girlfriend, Reeva but he may only spend only spend less than a year in jail.

Pistorius defence lawyer, Barry Roux, said he expects the athlete to searve only 10 months behind bars and the remainder under house arrest, because his condition made him unfit for prison.

Under South Africa law, Pistorius will be eligible to apply for house arrest in 10 months.

University girls make N150K per week in my club - Strip Club Boss

The owner of Cave Night Club, Ikeja, Dr Shina Eddo says the strip club business is very lucrative, and the female undergraduates who work as strippers in his club, make more money in a week  than degree holders make in a month.

In a recent interview with iCampus, Mr. Eddo says, he gives employment to over 70 girls, who use the money to cater for their families and pay school fees.

"Actually the kind of money they make help them to take care ofa lotof issues like school fees and in a situation where you have to sleep with a man go get N5 or 6k but here you don't have to sleep with anyone. 

In a strip club, all you have to do is lap dance a guy or sit on him, you wine and he gives you money. Some can give you N5k and some N10k or even N20k, it depends. So the kind of money they make here, enable them to take care of their parents. Some of them have kids."

"In this place, a girl makes up to N150K in a week, that is about N600K in a month and when she goes out to tell her friends that this is the kind of money she is making, they will want to come too and that is why they keep coming from different parts of the world.

We have girls from Kenya, Cameroon, Ghana, just name it." He said

Man abandons his three children in boarding school for 8years

Authorities of Solid Model college, a boarding school in Abule-Iroko, Ogun state, are currently looking for a man, who abandon his three children in the school, for eight years.

The man, Mr. Segun Adepegba, enrolled his children in the boarding school, because he could not afford to take care of them after he broke up with his wife in 2007, with a promise to check on them, but never did.

The school proprietor, Mr Samuel Ayegbusi, said, the school had expended over N7m on the upkeep of the kids since 2007, adding that several efforts to reach the man, hits the rocks.

"Whenever we called him and he realized who was talking on the phone, he would switch off his phones and for the next two weeks, the numbers would not be available. When we contacted his sister, we were told that, they had traveled out of the country.

"The kids, Seun, 14, Seyi, 10, and Titilayo, 13, have been longing to see their parents. Titilayo, who could not bear the absence of her parents, has vowed to escape from the hostel to look for her father.

Oscar Pistorius sentenced to five years in prison, for culpable homicide

Oscar Pistorius has been sentenced to 5years in prison for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, Tuesday, October 21, 2014 by a South African judge, Thokozile Masipa.

The judge also sentenced the double-amputee olympian to 3years in prison for unlawfully firing a gun in a restaurant in separate incident, weeks before killing his girlfriend.

Pistorius killed his girlfriend on Valentine's day last year, shooting her through a toilet door in his home.

Pistorius testified that the shooting was an accident, because he mistook her for an intruder.

American rapper, Nicky Minaj,  reveals that there is no hidden meaning behind her racy "Anaconda" video. Noting that it is simply a depiction of what girls do.
