Jehovah Witness Member Dies After Child Birth For Refusing Blood Transfusion

One Mrs Adeline Kweku Keh, based in the UK has died shortly after childbirth. 

Reports says she died allegedly refusing a blood transfusion for religious reason. Until her death, the 40-year-old was a dedicated Jehovah Witness member.

According to London Evening Standard, Adeline and her husband, Kweku Keh had been believing God for a child for many years. She reportedly endured years of failed fertility treatments, until finally; she was able to conceive naturally. Only to die after giving birth to her son, Mawsi, through a Ceasarean section at Homerton Hospital.

Despite being diagnosed with acute respiratory distress syndrome, she refused to receive blood transfusion due to her religious beliefs.

Trader Kills Customer During Price Negotiations In Lagos

One Mr Lawrence Ikonne, a Lagos based trader at Afromedia Estate, Okokomaiko is currently in police custody. He was arrested for killing a buyer, Isa Yaya, over a dispute arising from price bargaining.

The 22-yea-old victim who is a northerner, had gone to Ikonne's apartment to buy a fairly used air conditioner on the morning of Friday, October 10.
They however had a disagreement as they started arguing over price.
Yaya insisted on buying the air conditioner below N5,000- a price which didn't go down well with Ikonne.

As the argument continued, a fight ensued between the two which turned violent during which Ikonne allegedly hit Yaya with a plank on his belly.

In his statement to the Police, the trader said;
"I had not met the young man before. I met him that morning at the Alaba market, and asked him to buy one of my appliances; an air conditioner. He actually looked like a cart pusher. When we got home, we both went inside to remove the product, and we brought it outside for negotiation."

" As we continued, he said he would pay less than N5,000. I replied that he should assist me to return it to where we took it from, but he refused. In the process, we started fighting. He even asked me to pay him for helping me bring it out. I was mad, and i hit his belly with a plank. When i realised he had fainted, i tied him with a rope and dragged him into a corner. I also fled the house."

Confirming the incident, the Lagos State Police PRO, DSP Kenneth Nwosu, said investigations were still going on.

The world's tallest and shortest men met for the first time today, to commemorate Guiness World Record Day.

Sultan Kosen, who is 8ft,1in tall, and Chandra Dangi who measures just 21.5ins, poses for photos outside the House of Parliament to mark the book's 60th anniversary.

The pregnant Keeping Up With The Kardashian star had her close friends and fam, including sisters Kim and Kloe Kardashian with Kylie Jenner by her side for lunch at Montage hotel.

Tuface Idibia has seven kids from three different women - Annie Idibia(his wife), Sumbo Ajaba(now Mrs Adeoye) and Pero Adeniyi.

In a recent interview with Black House Media, the super star admitted his regret that they weren't from one woman.
