Angry Man Beheads Vehicle Inspection Officer For Seizing His Cell Phone

A man, Wale Ede, 25, has been arrested for allegedly beheading a 50-year-old Vehicle Inspection Officer and father of seven, Joshua Fagbola.

According to reports by Punch, Ede attacked Fagbola when he was about to start the engine of his motorbike and leave the venue of the wake.

The deceased had on Thursday reportedly seized the cell phone of his suspected killer when he failed to supply the brick block for which he had been paid.

Ede, on sighting the VIO at the wake, had rushed home to fetch a machete and inflicted cuts on the deceased’s neck and other parts of the body.

The Ekiti Police Public Relations Officer, Alberto Adeyemi, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, confirmed the incident revealing that the suspect was being held at the Criminal Investigation Department at the police headquarters in Ado Ekiti.

According to him, “The suspect attacked the deceased from behind at the wake and almost cut his head off. It was reported that the deceased had on Thursday seized the suspect’s cell phone for failing to provide the blocks he had paid him for.

The suspect is being held at the state CID and we are still investigating the matter,” Adeyemi said.

Fayose is embarrassing our family name - his elder brother says

Ayo Fayose, the Ekiti state governor, is disgracing the Fayose family name says Segun Fayose, a United Kingdom-based accountant and the eldest brother of the governor.
According to Osun Defender, Segun has appealed to the governor to stop embarrassing the family. He told his younger brother, Ayo Fayose to be careful about remarks that can discredit the Fayose family name, especially with the way he insults elders like Obasanjo and Buhari.
“It is a pity Nigerians are celebrating criminals. I am angry with Nigerians for electing somebody like Ayodele as governor. My children cannot come to Nigeria because of the terrible situation of our country.
“I don’t have a relationship with any of our leaders because of their criminality and anybody who says I collected money from the opposition should step forward to challenge me. Ekiti and Nigeria are bigger than Fayose’s name and both names should be protected.
“I don’t want anything from anybody, but Ayo should stop insulting and abusing my father’s name. As a result of Fayose’s attitude, many people believe the Fayose family is rude but it is far from the truth.
“I have spoken to him many times, but he refused to listen. Buhari and Obasanjo are old enough to be his father and I don’t know why he should be insulting them.
“I am always sad with the situation of this country. Ayo’s arrogance is one of the reasons I said people should not vote for him prior to the Ekiti governorship election. If all I am saying is not true, my six children should die and I should end up in shame.
“Most of us abroad are not happy with the situation of Nigeria. We are sad. When people call me from Ekiti to complain about Ayo, I tell them to forgive the family. People should not see Ayo as an ambassador of our family.”

Father Mbaka Shuts Down Adoration Ground Over Alleged Death Threat By GEJ and Wife

After alleging that President Goodluck Jonathan and first lady, Patience Jonathan, were after his life, controversial Catholic Priest, Reverend Fr. Ejike Mbaka has reportedly shut down his church, Adoration Ministries in Enugu.

On Friday, March 20, Mbaka suspended his weekly crusade until after the general elections due to alleged threat to life.

On Wednesday, Mbaka had alleged a threat to his life through a statement signed by his Media Officer, Ike Maximus Ugwoke. He said:
“It is with a deep sense of concern that we are constrained to make this statement on the continued threat to the life of Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka over his 2015 New Year message titled ‘From Good Luck to Bad Luck. Last Wednesday, mean looking men in a black Hilux besieged his parish compound but they left disappointed when they could not see him.”
The Adoration Ground in Emene, Enugu, usually attracts thousands of worshippers every Friday for spiritual healing and deliverance from satanic attacks.

However, last Friday, not less than 100,000 worshippers were reportedly left disappointed when they visited the church premises.

By night on Friday, what would have ordinarily been filled with a bevy of worshipers was a deserted holy ground.
