The article chronicled Adichie’s battle with depression and the brave steps she has taken to tackle the illness. The story is an inspiration to many around the world who are faced with depression and its potentially debilitating effect on the life of the sufferer.
On its website, The UK Guardian explained the reasons for its action saying the article “was launched in error.”
“This article was deleted on 1 February 2015 because it was launched in error, without the permission of the author following a technical error. The Guardian apologises unreservedly to Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie,” the statement said.

Whitney Houston's Daughter, Bobby Kristina Declared "Brain Dead"

Fears that Bobbi Kristina Brown is dead are being raised after a source at a Georgia hospital claimed that Whitney Houston’s daughter was brain dead after being found unconscious in a bathtub on Saturday.
Brown was found face down and unconscious in a tub full of water, reports indicated. Her husband, Nick Gordon, was able to revive her and Brown was rushed to a hospital, where she was placed in a medically-induced coma while suffering brain swelling.
An unnamed source told MediaTakeOut that Brown will not be able to recover.

MediaTakeOut.com just exclusively spoke to a hospital worker at North Fulton Hospital, where Bobbi is staying. We're told that Bobbi Kristina is "brain dead". The worker, who asked to remain anonymous said, "She lost oxygen to her brain for too long - she's not going to be able to recover." We asked if the worker was sure about Bobbi's condition, and they replied, "Yes, very sure."
We're also told that her father Bobby Brown, and family friends including Tyler Perry are at her bedside, praying for a miracle. Let's all say a special prayer for Bobbi tonight.

Photos From D'banj 10th Anniversary Show

D'banj's 10th anniversary show held last night in Lagos. The show was hosted by American diva, Amber Rose.  With all the half nude pictures we had seen of her lately, we almost assumed she’d step out in one of those daring and jaw-breaking pieces but this time, Amber Rose covered up and truly left something to our imagination.
The model and mother of one wore a floor-length stretchy black dress with a plunging neckline, and the back was quite open. She looked beautiful as ever, with her curves very noticeable.

Seven killed in Potiskum suicide bomb attack

No fewer than seven people have been killed in a fresh suicide bomb attack in Potiskum, Yobe State, on Sunday, just two weeks from national election.

“We have evacuated eight bodies including the suicide bomber’s to hospital,” said a police officer at the scene, who requested anonymity as he was not authorised to speak to the media.
Seven others were injured, he added.
Witness Nura Umar, who gave the same death toll, said the bomber emerged from a bus that pulled up in front of the home Sabo Garbu, who is running for a seat in the lower house on the ruling Peoples Democracy Party ticket.
Garbu was holding a campaign meeting ahead of February 14 polls in his home at the time but none of the participants were injured, the policeman and three witnesses said.
Boko Haram Islamists have carried out waves of similar bombings across the northeast during a six-year uprising, and have killed politicians in targeted attacks.
But it was not immediately clear why the insurgents would want to target Garbu and it was possible that the attack was carried out by another group with a separate political motive.
