Man plays the cruelest proposal prank on his girlfriend(Look)

Oyinbo people and their wahala.
What would you do if your boyfriend left a ring box in your drawer?  Would you open it?
Deanna Calabria, 26, from New Jersey did just that, but the joke was on her: her boyfriend Brandon Griffin, 25, had set a trap.
When she opened the box, she found a note inside that read: 'lol, JK' -- shorthand for laugh out loud, just kidding.
posted an image of the note onReddit with the caption, 'I set a trap for my girlfriend in my sock drawer on laundry day, she fell for it'.
The image, which has been viewed more than two million times, quickly saw Griffin labeled as the 'meanest man on earth' by women and men alike.
'Not funny, just plain disrespectful and cruel. She does your laundry and you do that?' wrote one Reddit user.
'I don't usually call people douche bags... but god, you're a f***ing douche prick,' wrote another.

Slightly overwhelmed by the negative comments, the father-to-be (Griffin and Calabria are expecting their first child next month) set out to prove his girlfriend had found the prank funny.
'This is the only person who needed to enjoy the #joke and she did,' tweeted Griffin, alongside an image of the couple.
Hmmm. So she actually see it as funny?
Ladies what would be your reaction, if you were in her shoes?

Al Jazeera demands release of its detained Nigerian journalists by military

On Wednesday morning, the defence headquarters had announced that it “restrained” Ahmed Idris (pictured) and Mustafa Andy, reporters for Aljazeera Television, for allegedly engaging in activities aimed at interfering with security operations in the northeast.
Al Jazeera has released a statement demanding immediate and unconditional release of its journalists.
Two Al Jazeera journalists covering the upcoming Nigerian presidential elections have been detained by government forces in the city of Maiduguri in Borno state.
Ahmed Idris and Ali Mustafa, both Nigerian nationals, remain confined in their hotel room and their equipment confiscated after being questioned by the military officials on Tuesday.
"We call on the Nigerian authorities to release Ahmed Idris and Ali Mustafa; they have all the relevant paperwork to report on the Nigerian elections and stories related to the election", an Al Jazeera spokesman said in a statement on Wednesday.
"Both men had just finished filming a story on the military with their cooperation. Both men are accredited and respected Nigerian journalists", the statement read.
The military statement also said that both men were said to be 'loitering' in various locations, however they were actually detained in their hotel rooms.
The network said that both Idris and Mustafa are officially accredited by the Independent Electoral Commission in Abuja with the clearance to report from anywhere in Nigeria during the entire election period.

Photos: Amber Rose Is Topless and Showing Off Her Entire Butt on the Beach

Is Amber Rose's assistant responsible for this scandalous look, too?!
Just two weeks after Benji Carlisle confessed he's "usually the mastermind" behind all of Rose's Instagram posts, we had to question what could be his latest job assignment. Taking pictures of your boss who just so happens to be topless and wearing barely-there bikini bottoms?
In a new set of Instagrams, Wiz Khalifa's ex decided to enjoy a fun day in the beach. It was so relaxing that she was willing to disobey beach policies for an eye-catching post.
"If only this beach was actually Topless," she captioned online while covering up her massive ta-tas. And yes, some nipple was still revealed.

Buhari is planning to send me to prison – Patience Jonathan is really afraid of jail

First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan claims that APC presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.) will have her jailed if he becomes president.

She said this on Wednesday, March 25, at the Peoples Democratic Party rally in Ibadan, Oyo State, while also adding that the opposition party has nothing to offer Nigerians.
She said: “I want to warn you not to listen to the All Progressives Congress. The APC does not have materials to match what the PDP has on (the) ground. Their candidate was there in governance initially. What did he do? They only sent your fathers to prison.”
“They are planning to even send me to prison. Holy Ghost fire! Holy Ghost fire! Holy Ghost fire! They have nothing to offer. They only say ‘I will’, ‘I will’.”
“A train is moving and it has now got to Oyo State. When we talk about train, some of you may have not seen a train before now. The last time a train moved in this country was when I was small and in primary school.”
“When my children were small, they asked me what a train was. I had to take them to London and we entered a train from London to Paris. But the PDP government has brought this back to Nigeria. If you want to see train working today, you don’t need to travel again.”

Nigerian Military arrests Al Jazeera journalists for loitering

Two journalists working for the global news network, Al jazeera, Ahmed Idris and Mustafa Andy, were on Wednesday arrested by the Nigerian military in Maiduguri, Borno State for loitering in areas where combat operations were being carried out.
According to a statement issued by the Defence Headquarters, the journalists were moving around “restricted areas” in Yobe and Borno States without protection, accreditation or clearance.
The military stated that the Al jazeera staffers, who were monitored by intelligence operatives, were eventually restrained to their hotel rooms in Maiduguri following increased suspicion that their activities were focused on interfering with ongoing military operations in those areas.
“The motive, activities and some materials in possession of these individuals are now being investigated,” the military said.
The defence headquarters maintained on Wednesday that the restriction still stands until reversed, while appropriate arrangements will be made to assist adequately cleared journalists to report on activities in the area under military operation “within the limits of adequate safety, security and necessary procedures”.

A woman who escaped from Boko Haram claim to know where the Chibok girls are

A woman who was recently freed from Boko Haram’s captivity after eight months, Mbutu Papka, says the abducted Chibok girls are in Gwoza, Borno state.

Over 200 schoolgirls were abducted by Boko Haram from government secondary school, Chibok, Borno State, in April 2014.

According to TheCable, Papka made the disclosure to the international centre for investigative reporting, saying that she was transferred from a poor condition in Mdita to a fairly tolerable facility in Gwoza where the abducted girls were being held.

Papka was said to have been seized alongside many others when Boko Haram attacked Gwoza on July 4, 2014 and taken to Mdita, a village near the Sambisa Forest, where she was kept for five months with many others before they were taken to Gwoza, where she was held for another three months before being released on March 15.

The woman revealed that no one was allowed anywhere near the location of the abducted girls, which she says was being guarded round the clock.
She said: “In the camp at Gwoza, there were clear demarcations between where people were kept. The Chibok girls, other captives and Boko Haram members and their family members all had their separate areas secured, though the security in the area where the girls are kept is visibly different and much tighter.”
“When we got to Gwoza, things changed because there were facilities there and the place was 10 times better than Mdita.”
“We had a normal life in Gwoza, except the trauma of living in captivity. Whatever we wanted to eat, they were provided. They would bring water, firewood, etc., and leave them outside. They even provided perfume for anyone who requested for it.”
“There was a Redeemed Christian Church of God pastor who was killed during the attack on our village, and his wife was abducted with us. She died at Mdita due to the condition of the place and the death of her husband.”
