New Report: Bobbi Kristina’s Family To Allow Her To Pass On The Same Day As Mom, Whitney Houston

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s anguished relatives have agreed to take her off life support — but want to wait until Wednesday so she can die on the same date as her tragic mom, Whitney Houston, sources told The Post.

Bobbi’s grandmother Cissy Houston floated the idea of a Feb. 11 death over the weekend during discussions with the Brown family at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

The Browns gave their blessing to pull the plug at the stroke of midnight to align the date with the 2012 passing of the legendary singer at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

The move is a symbolic way to keep the mother and daughter together for eternity, according to a Brown family source.

Bobbi Kristina, 21, the only child of Houston and singer Bobby Brown, has been in a medically induced coma since she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Roswell, Ga., home Jan. 31.

The Brown and Houston families have been bickering since Bobbi Kristina was rushed to the hospital, but they have now come to grips with the fact that she cannot be saved, the source said.
“This is the only thing they can agree on — that she’s gone [brain-dead], and there’s nothing more than can be done for her.The agonizing choice to finally pull the plug on the young woman was made by both sides, the source said.
Bobbi's live-in boyfriend, Nick Gordon was a target of a criminal investigation after she was found submerged in her bathtub with bruises on her face, mouth and chest.

Nick claims the bruises came from his CPR efforts after she was found unconscious.

You can postpone the elections, but you can’t postpone Christmas – Oshiomhole tells PDP

Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole has said the May 29 handing over date in which the PDP, led Federal Government will possibly hand over to APC, cannot be postponed despite the postponement of the February polls by six weeks.

Oshiomole gave this remark in Benin City when he welcomed some PDP defectors into the fold of APC. He said:
“You heard what happened. They said they have postponed the elections. Few days back, they called us for a meeting of the Council of States and we said they should go ahead and conduct the elections. In any event, we are not the only country with security challenges. Even in Afghanistan and Iraq, elections were held.
“So, whether they postpone the elections or not, we won’t fight. They can’t postpone Christmas. I want to appeal to all of you, nobody should be angry because I know you were ready for Saturday’s elections. Only a debtor thinks tomorrow is far. Everybody has seen they don’t want elections. They sponsored discussions on television; Prof Attahiru Jega said that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was not the issue, so they came up with security.
“If they like, let them keep coming up with issues. The elections will hold. So, I urge you, just take it easy. The six weeks will cost us more resources and time because we thought we would contest the elections in February, get through with them and get on with our lives but they decided to postpone the elections. But let me ask you, a child that is due to arrive after nine months, how long can you prevent it from birthing?

Remember That Robert Mugabe Fall? 27 Security Guards To Be Sacked

Mugabe falls
The hilarious fall that left 90-year-old president of Zimbabwe, Robert Mugabe the talk of the town wasn’t exactly funny to him and now he has set out to punish some people for it.

The scapegoats would be 27 of his security guards who were present during the incident and did nothing but watch the President plunge.

They have all got suspended, according to Times Live.

According to the report, a thorough investigation is being conducted on circumstances that led to the unfortunate fall.

Times Live wrote: “There are many departments that are being investigated, from Air Zimbabwe, the advance team and the security. I doubt if some of them will come back,” said the official close to the developments. The issue here is simple. The security team was caught napping,” said an unnamed informant.”

INEC Extends PVC Collection To March 8

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has yet again, postponed the collection of permanent voter cards.
As a result of the rescheduling of the 2015 general elections, INEC has extended the deadline for collection of PVC by registered voters for four more weeks.
A statement released by the Secretary to the Commission, Augusta Ogakwu, revealed that PVC collection will then hold until March 8th, 2015.
INEC had on Saturday, February 7, rescheduled the 2015 general elections by six weeks, citing security challenges.
The statement said: “The national elections (i.e. Presidential and National Assembly) have been rescheduled to hold on March 28th 2015 while the state elections (Governorship and State Assembly) will now hold on April 11th 2015.”
