I Was Sexually Abused As A Child - Mike Tyson

Boxing legend, Mike Tyson says he was sexually abused as a child by a man who snatched him off when he was only 7-years-old.

In a recent interview with "Opic Radio" Tyson opened up about how an old creepy man he didn't know abducted him and abused him roughly 41 years ago.

During the interview, Tyson explained..."[the man] bullied me, sexually abused me and stuff...snatched me off the street. I was a little kid. Never seen him again."

Mike says he never spoke with the police about the incident.

Emir of Kano makes peace with President Jonathan as he visits Aso Rock

Emir of Kano, Mohammed Sanuni II has paid a courtesy visit to President Jonathan in Aso Rock, Abuja. 

It is believed that the visit by former Central Bank Governor, is to make peace with the President, following their fallout early this year.

Oh No! Nigerian Girl Dies In Thailand After Buttock Surgery Fails

A British-Nigerian woman, Joy Williams 24, died in Thailand after suffering an infection when a buttock augmentation operation went wrong, Police in Thailand confirmed.

According to reports, Williams is from Thamesmead London, but was born in Nigeria.

The officer in charge of the case, Colonel Marayard said, she underwent the operation on October 14, but her wounds became infected. She was in severe pain and had to return to the clinic on Thursday to have the implants removed, however she died shortly after the second operation.

The Doctor who carried out the second operation, Sompob Sansiri, has been charged with causing her death due to negligence. He is accused of carrying out night surgery without a license.

Williams is said to have struggled with self esteem issues and has previously had a plastic surgery on her nose.

FAAN Boss' Facebook Account Hacked

The facebook account of the Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Saleh Dunoma, has been hacked, and the hackers are using the account to solicit for money, the agency said in a statement on Thursday.

"This is clearly violates Engr. Dunoma's privacy and must be stopped henceforth as the laws of the land frowns at it" said Yakubu Dati FAAN spokesman.

Apple CEO Tim Cook Comes Out Publicly As Gay

Apple CEO, Tim Cook came out Thursday, acknowledging publicly for the first time that he is Gay.

"Let me be clear: I'm proud to be gay, and I consider being gay among the greatest gifts God has given me." He wrote in a column in Bloomberg Businessweek.

In his column, Cook, 53, said that he had tried to maintain " a basic level of privacy" but decided that the desire for privacy was stopping him from working for the benefit of others.

28-year-old Man Sentenced To Seven Months In Prison For Stealing Ram

A court in Zuba, Abuja on Thursday 30th October 2014, sentenced a 28-year-old man, Shamsudeen Usman, to seven months imprisonment for stealing a ram.

The Judge, Mallam Aminu Sa'ad, sentenced Usman two months or a fine of N5,000 for the criminal offence andfive months, or pay a fine of N10,000 for theft. 

The convict, who pleaded guilty to charges, was taken to prison since he couldn't pay the fine.

Woman Kills Man Who Tried To Rape Her In Lagos

A 22-year-old woman identified as Ifeoma Okechukwu on Monday, around 12:30pm, killed a man, who allegedly  tried  to rape her in her residence in Atlantic view Estate, Alpha Beach Road, Lekki area of Lagos.

Okechukwu who is from Imo State narrated her odeal saying, she was on her way back from the store where she went to buy sanitary pad when the unfamiliar man waylaid her.

"After buying the pad, i was going back home when i saw the n I saw a man, who should be in his forties, standing at a corner. He approached meand ordered me to take him to my house."

"He put his hand into his pocket as if he was trying to bring out a weapon. He said he would kill me if i shouted. When we got. To my house, he said i should shut the door and i did. He said I should remove my clothes and i started begging him but refused to listen."

"So i told him to let meget to thekitchen because i was cooking something and i would be back. I got a rod & hid it in my wrapper. I went back and moved slowly towards him, still begging, but he refused.

"He was taking off his clothes and wearing a condom when i used the rod to hit him in the head. I started screaming and then i picked the phone and called my Uncle."

According to a Police source, a pack of condom was found on the deceased, including a phone without SIM card. No one has come to claim the corpse since the incident.

"We have information that he was not alone. He belonged to a gang that has been terrorizing  residents of Lekki and that's why nobody knows his name and address and none of his relatives has come forward to say they know him." He said.

Meanwhile, Okechukwu is still in the Police Station.

Synagogue Building Collapse: TB Joshua gets arrest warning

Founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, TB Joshua has been warned to get ready for arrest, if he fails to give detailed account of the death of 116 people at his church recently.

One of the Coroners Oyetade Komolafe told the hearing that, the court has the power to summon whoever it deems necessary. He has been summoned, so he should come.

TB Joshua is due to give testimony on November 5.
