"Lilian Esoro, the woman of my heart" - Iyanya's manager, Ubi Franklin tells his LOVE story

Made Men Music Group Ceo, Ubi Franklin has spoken about his newly engagement with actress Lillian Esoro. According to him, he saw Lillian like any other lady at a party and asked her out. He never knew what she was into, he said.

“When I met her, I did not even know she was an actress. That is something people do not know. I hardly watch television these days because of my schedule, so there are a lot of movie stars I do not know. Whenever I want to relax, I watch movies on my laptop. The first day I met her, she did not tell me she was an actress and I didn’t know till about a week later.
“I called her to ask and she told me she was an actress but preferred to keep a low profile. She said she does not like too much attention and all she wants is due diligence. She is not one of those actresses that seek for attention.”

About when and where their marriage will hold, Ubi said;
“The marriage would definitely be this year in Nigeria. I am not a fan of marrying abroad. I have nothing against people that do it but the truth is many people that ought to come and pray for you would not make it if you travel out of the country,”

Liberia’s last Ebola patient dies from virus

A woman who was Liberia’s sole remaining known Ebola patient has died at a treatment centre in the capital, said Francis Ketteh, acting head of the country’s Ebola response team.
The case was Liberia’s first in weeks and it set back efforts to halt a virus that has killed more than 10,000 people in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
Authorities say the woman, who died in Monrovia on Friday, may have contracted Ebola through sex with a survivor, the Reuters news agency reported.
“We have been able to trace the people she came in contact with,” Ketteh said. “We call on everyone to follow the Ebola preventative measures.”
Before the woman fell ill, the Liberian government had hoped to declare the country Ebola-free next month, 42 days after the last patient tested negative for a second time, which would mark double the length of the virus’s incubation period.
Health officials have warned the general population that even after areas are declared free of the disease, new cases are possible through sexual transmission. Liberia remains vulnerable to cases imported from Guinea and Sierra Leone.

Some Useful Tips To Stop 'Snoring' In Your Sleep

I am not sure if snoring  has caused anyone to divorce their partner or if it poses any serious threat to relationships but I know how incredibly hard it is to sleep in the same room with someone who snores.
As much as they get teased, people who snore are aware (and sometimes embarrassed) of how big this issue is.
And if they could, they would find a quick or at least, simple solution to this problem.
These steps can help you.
Stop Alcohol Intake
Alcohol reduces the resting tone of the muscles in the back of your neck so usually, when you take alcohol at least four hours before you sleep, there are very high chances you would snore.
What is interesting to note here is that people who do not snore normally, might actually snore if they go to bed right after heavy drinking.
So keep the alcohol away.
Weight loss
This is not to say slim people do not snore too but if you never snored before you added weight but now snore, then you might want to consider losing a few pounds.
Change sleeping position
When you sleep on your back, there might be higher chances that you will snore when you sleep. Sleeping on your side might help prevent this.
Watch the pillows
Try and remember, when was the last time you cleaned your pillows and your ceiling and anywhere around your sleeping area where dust can accumulate.
Dust mites accumulate in pillows and can cause allergic reactions that can inadvertently lead to snoring.
Stay hydrated, shower before bed
Drink plenty of water. The secretions in your nose and soft palate become stickier if you are not well hydrated. According to the Institute of Medicine, women should have about 11 cups of water(from all food and drinks) a day; men require about 16 cups.
Also, shower before bed to keep you fresh and do not forget to sleep on your side and most importantly, get enough sleep.
