W.H.O has officially declared Nigeria Ebola free


According to Channels tv, The World Health Organisation (WHO), has declared Nigeria free of the deadly Ebola virus, Monday 20th October 2014.

Nigeria has not recorded a new case of Ebola for 42 days or two incubation period of 21 days.

The disease gained entrance into the country in July, when Liberian, Patrick Sawyer, came in on diplomatic assignment. He had fallen ill and was admitted at the First Consultant Hospital, Obalende, Lagos, where he later died.
