The reconciliation meeting between President Goodluck Jonathan and the Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi has produced gains for the Monarch, as federal authorities have been directed to release his passport and withheld salaries.
Also the Kano central prison is to be relocated for better security at the Emir's palace.
According to the 'The Nation', the Emir's travel passports and his withheld salaries plus allowances will be paid in full. If the travelling documents are released, The Emir will be able to travel abroad for checkup and to meet his international friends, who are desirous of investing in the Emirate.
These are some of the gains of the meeting.
