Terrible! Woman Cut Off Her Son's Genitals [Photos]

A 30-year-old woman in Cameroon has cut off her son's sex organs.

The little boy is just 3-year-old, named Njankep Alexandre and he's current in an intensive care unit of an hospital in Ndougue, Cameroon. 

For now, it's not clear why the woman did this to her son.
