Photos: Melissa Rivers accepts her late mother Joan Rivers' posthumous Grammy Award



Joan Rivers was posthumously awarded a Grammy for Best Spoken Word Album.
The legendary comedienne, who died aged 81 from complications after surgery in September, won the honor for her Diary Of A Mad Diva album on Sunday at the award show in Los Angeles.   
'It's a difficult moment, it's a little bittersweet. It's wonderful knowing how loved she was' her daughter Melissa Rivers said in an interview after accepting the award on her behalf.

Melissa Rivers and son, received the award on behalf of their mother and grandmother.
