Chris Brown OFF Probation: Rihanna Assault Case Officially Over After Six Year

"IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!"
These were the words of Chris Brown yesterday, after his court case stemming from his 2009 assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna came to a close.
The Los Angeles District Attorney confirmed the News on Friday that the 25-year-old singer's probation has ended after Judge James Brandlin found that Brown had officially completed his 1,000.5 hours of community service and the Probation Department concluded there were no violations.
After his Feb. 8, 2009 attack on Rihanna, Brown was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats. In June 2009, Brown pleaded guilty to a felony and accepted a plea deal of community labor. Over the past few years, Brown has appeared in court multiple time regarding whether or not he violated his probation.
It's safe to say Brown is beyond happy that he won't have to see the inside of a courtroom again any time soon.
In addition to "IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!" Brown also tweeted, "Hopefully this is my last day in court..... Pray for me.."
The Internet also seems to be pretty happy for him. "Thank the Lord" is currently trending on Twitter. Brown's probation tweet also has 13,000 favorites and 10,000 retweets.
