Jonathan To Formally Dissolve Federal Executive Council Today


Barely 48 hours to the final handing over ceremony to the incoming administration, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) will be formally dissolved today.
President Goodluck Jonathan will preside over the final session and he is expected to give a formal speech highlighting his achievements while in office while setting an agenda for the incoming government.

The final session meeting which is expected to start by 11am will afford each minister an opportunity to relieve his experience as a member of the council under the president.

President Jonathan is expected to leave Aso Rock Friday morning for his home town, Otuoke, Port Harcourt, members of his immediate family are also expected to accompany him.
