Nigerians Attack Bode George For Calling Tinubu A "Local Champion"

Speaking to PUNCH yesterday, Bode George stated clearly that “The most beautiful thing about what has happened is that Bola Tinubu’s political influence in Nigeria is coming to a sunset and it is about five minutes to midnight for him”.

He even went as far as calling Tinubu a "local champion ".

“People like Tinubu and Chief Bisi Akande in Osun have always been local champions. Now, they have come to the national level of politics and they are now learning the tricks that all that glitters is not gold.”

Following the comments made by Bode George, Nigerians have strolled to twitter to add their voices to the unfolding drama attacking the PDP chieftain.

Chief Bode George and Bola Ahmed Tinubu rivalry has been on for years now as in 2011, the former accused the latter of trying to assassinate him before the April 2011 polls.
