Kylie is not one to shy away from very daring looks and this time around she has gone bright blue with her locks.
The 17-year-old reality star has colored her locks turquoise, brown, white and this time she opted for an icy shade. She showed off her her newly bright blue tresses at the launch of the Bellami Beauty Bar in West Hollywood on Thursday.
Kylie who was at the event to promote her line of hair extensions was in a daring mood and garnered more attention to herself with a cleavage-baring white jumpsuit which plunged all the way to her belly button.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star teamed the outfit with metallic gold heels and a gold clutch.
