Exactly one week after being arrested for assaulting a groundskeeper conducting repairs on his house, Rick Ross has been released from jail. Ross posted a $2 million bond for his release earlier today, according to TMZ.
The label boss scrounged together the funds from three different sources: a million dollars in equity from a Georgia property, $500,000 from a bail bondsman, and another half a mill in cash.
Ross is still facing charges of assault, kidnapping, and aggravated battery stemming from an incident earlier this month in which he reportedly pistol-whipped a live-in groundskeeper for inviting friends over for a birthday celebration.
The MMG head will have to wear an ankle-monitor now that he's out.
