Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are being sued for more than $180million after being hit with a lawsuit from investment firm Hillair Capital Management over their make-up line, Kardashian beauty.
According to TMZ, the three sisters partnered with a company called Boldface in 2012 to launch a makeup line called "Khroma Beauty." A year later they were blocked from using the name "Khroma," which led to a name change to "Kardashian Beauty."
Boldface began to flop, and Hillair Capital Management (HCM) came in to save the day by offering the girls $10 million to save their line.
HCM is now suing the siblings for not holding up the end of their bargain by sharing news about the line over their various social media accounts to their millions of followers.
The management company wants its $10 million back, as well as what they would have made had the women played along, citing up to $180 million in lost revenues.
