Karrueche Tran Admits She Still Loves Chris Brown, But Insists "There's No Making Up" After Baby Drama

It's no secret that Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran's relationship hasn't been a smooth one.
For four years, the pair has been on and off and then on again leaving fans confused and even annoyed at their rocky and ever changing relationship status.
But while talking to Iyanla Vanzant in an Oprah Winfrey Network exclusive interview Saturday night, the young model finally decided to come clean and reveal what's really going down with her and her "ex-boyfriend."
"I feel hurt because the man I loved betrayed me. I will never again let a man disrespect me," she told Vanzant through tears. "I want my voice to be heard…I want to clear it up and tell my story and tell my side."
The model admitted to knowing Brown wasn't your average guy when he asked her to "hang out" at a Norms restaurant on their first date. However, the fame and limelight wasn't what immediately got her excited about the possible relationship.
"I saw a different side of Chris that not everybody sees. Although he's done whatever he's done, he's a good-hearted person," she shared. "He's a big kid with a big heart that's been through some things."
But as the months and years went by, Tran admitted that her man lied, cheated and betrayed her on more than one occasion. Most recently, it was when she found out Brown had a baby with another woman.
"He's said he's sorry. He's dropped flowers off. He's sorry for what he's put me through," she recalled after finding out about the baby news on social media. There's no making up right now. I'm trying to be my strongest. I understand what he's put me through and I'm fed up."
But at the same time, Tran knows that there will always be a special place in her heart for the famous rapper.
"I still love him. I've changed to help him—go to church, pray, yoga, meditate—if he were to change, we would be in a better place, but that's the problem," she explained. He did give me love. Maybe it wasn't the right love or the same level but he's a product of his environment growing up. There's no doubt in my mind that Chris loves me. I know he does."

PDP Raises Alarm, Says APC Posting Fake Results Online

PDP has charged Nigerians to disregard the figures being circulated in the social media as results of the Presidential and National Assembly elections in some polling booths.
The ruling party claimed the controversial results were being posted online by the opposition,APC.

The PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, gave the warning in a press statement issued in Abuja.
Metuh pointed out that the figures were “fake and do not represent the true results which are currently being collated by INEC, the only body authorized to release and announce results”.
“The APC, in its desperation for power, has resorted to posting fake results in the social media in a bid to ambush the electoral commission, mislead the unsuspecting public to believe it is winning, all in furtherance of its grand plot to cause confusion and set the stage for violence when the authentic results are finally released.”

Nigeria Decides: Jonathan says only Jega can explain failure of Card Readers

President Goodluck Jonathan says only the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof. Attahiru Jega, can explain the failure that attended the voter card readers in several parts of the country during Saturday’s presidential and parliamentary elections.
The President, who was responding to questions from newsmen after casting his vote in Otuoke, Bayelsa State, however, noted that he would not blame Jega for noticeable lapses in the electoral process as government is a whole institution of which INEC is only a component.
“INEC wants to use the card readers to make sure that our electoral process is credible and acceptable by international observers. Somehow, being the first time we are practising with the card readers, there have been some issues in some units, but please bear with them. I believe at the end of the day, we all will be happy.”
“The only thing is that some people must have stayed there longer than necessary, but I still plead with them that even if they spend 24 hours for the sake of this country, they should bear with us.
“I’m not putting blame on INEC, the government is one. I don’t blame INEC, judiciary, police, soldiers and executives. I am the president of the country. As a nation, we have different departments that handle responsibility. The issue of elections is INEC’s exclusive responsibility and nobody will speak for them. Even if I have some information, I cannot speak for INEC. Jega is the only one that can speak for INEC. I speak for the federal government.”

“When I met her, I did not even know she was an actress. That is something people do not know. I hardly watch television these days because of my schedule, so there are a lot of movie stars I do not know. Whenever I want to relax, I watch movies on my laptop. The first day I met her, she did not tell me she was an actress and I didn’t know till about a week later.
“I called her to ask and she told me she was an actress but preferred to keep a low profile. She said she does not like too much attention and all she wants is due diligence. She is not one of those actresses that seek for attention.”

About when and where their marriage will hold, Ubi said;
“The marriage would definitely be this year in Nigeria. I am not a fan of marrying abroad. I have nothing against people that do it but the truth is many people that ought to come and pray for you would not make it if you travel out of the country,”

Liberia’s last Ebola patient dies from virus

A woman who was Liberia’s sole remaining known Ebola patient has died at a treatment centre in the capital, said Francis Ketteh, acting head of the country’s Ebola response team.
The case was Liberia’s first in weeks and it set back efforts to halt a virus that has killed more than 10,000 people in Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone.
Authorities say the woman, who died in Monrovia on Friday, may have contracted Ebola through sex with a survivor, the Reuters news agency reported.
“We have been able to trace the people she came in contact with,” Ketteh said. “We call on everyone to follow the Ebola preventative measures.”
Before the woman fell ill, the Liberian government had hoped to declare the country Ebola-free next month, 42 days after the last patient tested negative for a second time, which would mark double the length of the virus’s incubation period.
Health officials have warned the general population that even after areas are declared free of the disease, new cases are possible through sexual transmission. Liberia remains vulnerable to cases imported from Guinea and Sierra Leone.

Some Useful Tips To Stop 'Snoring' In Your Sleep

I am not sure if snoring  has caused anyone to divorce their partner or if it poses any serious threat to relationships but I know how incredibly hard it is to sleep in the same room with someone who snores.
As much as they get teased, people who snore are aware (and sometimes embarrassed) of how big this issue is.
And if they could, they would find a quick or at least, simple solution to this problem.
These steps can help you.
Stop Alcohol Intake
Alcohol reduces the resting tone of the muscles in the back of your neck so usually, when you take alcohol at least four hours before you sleep, there are very high chances you would snore.
What is interesting to note here is that people who do not snore normally, might actually snore if they go to bed right after heavy drinking.
So keep the alcohol away.
Weight loss
This is not to say slim people do not snore too but if you never snored before you added weight but now snore, then you might want to consider losing a few pounds.
Change sleeping position
When you sleep on your back, there might be higher chances that you will snore when you sleep. Sleeping on your side might help prevent this.
Watch the pillows
Try and remember, when was the last time you cleaned your pillows and your ceiling and anywhere around your sleeping area where dust can accumulate.
Dust mites accumulate in pillows and can cause allergic reactions that can inadvertently lead to snoring.
Stay hydrated, shower before bed
Drink plenty of water. The secretions in your nose and soft palate become stickier if you are not well hydrated. According to the Institute of Medicine, women should have about 11 cups of water(from all food and drinks) a day; men require about 16 cups.
Also, shower before bed to keep you fresh and do not forget to sleep on your side and most importantly, get enough sleep.
