Shocking Photos! Teenager gang raped and has eyes gouged out by own sister

These are the kinds of things that are almost too awful to believe. 

According to Daily Mail reports:

A teenager was brutally gang-raped then had her eyes gouged out by her sister in a brutal exorcism ritual that the rapists claim was ordered by a local pastor.

The victim, aged just 16, is now fighting for her life in hospital after the horrific ordeal, which her family said they orchestrated because they believed she was possessed by the devil.

After the terrible ordeal, the teenager was pinned down and her elder sister cut both of her eyes out. 

The victim’s sister claimed that the religious centre even gave her the sharp knife used in the attack and said that she must personally carry out the brutal act in order to cure her. 

The horrific attack happened in the town of General Pinedo, in the north Argentine province of Chaco and police have arrested the older sister.

She told police that her sibling was having visions and it was believed that because demons are terrified of pain, the act would drive out the demon. 

Doctors reported that the victim had also suffered several injuries in the genital area and It is understood that police are about to arrest a group of men who took part in the twisted ritual.

The victim was in the intensive care unit of the Perrando de Resistencia hospital where she was transferred to be treated for her terrible injuries.
Police Commissioner Pablo Almiron said that the girl’s parents also believed she was possessed by the devil.  

They told police she kept seeing animals like goats that were not there, and they had asked the evangelic centre and its pastor to help them ‘cure her’ 

He said: ‘It is the first time in 22 years of my career in the police to have an event of this nature.

‘The prosecutor has also said that it is the first time in his life. It is very difficult to explain that something like this could happen to a teenager.’ 

Seeing goats though? They had to do all that because she was seeing goats??? Poor thing.

Caitlyn Jenner To Be Charged With Manslaughter

Popular transgender and Kim Kardashian’s step father, Caitlyn Jenner could be charged with vehicular manslaughter early next week in connection to February 7, crash in Malibu, California that killed 67-year old woman, Kim Howe.

Dailymail disclosed that, the lead detective on the case plans to turn in the results of the investigation over to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office next week and will recommend Caitlyn to be charged with “misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter”.

The detective claims that the recommendation for the charge is based on how fast Jenner was going at the time of the crash, a speed they believe was unsafe. One woman was killed and seven others injured when Jenner rear-ended a Lexus on February 7.

However, in California, the maximum sentence for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter is one year in jail.

Like a scene straight from a Nollywod movie, students of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State were stunned recently when a lady stormed the exam hall clad in wedding gown.

According to the Nation, a certain, a student of Department of Accountancy, had no choice than to appear ‘odd’ after the examination co-incidentally fell on her wedding day.

Adejube was accompanied by a group of young ladies, who stormed the school in a convoy of three exotic cars.

It was gathered that an hour later, Oluwatunmise was on her way from the examination hall to reception, where her husband and guests were waiting for her.

Speaking with reporters after writing the paper, Oluwatumise stressed that her education was as important to her as her marriage.

“When the wedding date was fixed some months ago, nobody knew it would clash with my second semester examination. What appears to be a saving grace for me is that, both the wedding and examination are taking place in the same town. If not, I would have missed the three-unit paper and carry it over automatically,” she said.

Landlady allegedly sets tenant's son ablaze in Ajegunle

A 22-year-old man simply identified as Emmanuel, reportedly went to ease himself in the early hours of Tuesday, leaving his father and sister inside their one-room apartment. His sister, who had waited  for his return, went to check on him in the toilet situated at the boys quarters of the building on Alafia Street. She reportedly found her brother on fire on the ground which made her raise an alarm, which attracted tenants. They rushed him to 2 hospitals which were said to have rejected Emmanuel. He reportedly died before he could get proper help.

 

While the deceased’s family alleged that Emmanuel was set ablaze by the landlady and her children, the latter, who is on the run, alleged that the former intended to set the building ablaze but was caught in his own web.

Investigation revealed that there had been a lingering disagreement between Emmanuel’s family and the landlady. It was gathered that both parties had been to the Ajeromi Police Station several times to settle quarrels in the past.

A resident, who spoke on strict condition of anonymity blamed policemen at Ajeromi for not preventing Emmanuel’s death.
According to the resident:

“I blame policemen at Ajeromi for the death of this young man. Emmanuel’s father and the landlady have reported their misunderstandings to the police several times. Nothing was done to bring a lasting solution to the quarrel. Had they acted when they were supposed to, this would not have happened.”  “I woke up with the alarm raised by some tenants that night. We were told that it was the deceased that lit the fire.

“However, the question is how is it possible judging from the distance between his apartment and where the fire was said to have been lit? This is what the Police should look into.”

Another resident said:

“How come he sustained fire burns if he was in his room? How come only the window of the affected room was gutted by fire if he did not intend to set the building ablaze? “Many are of the view that the petrol could have spilled on him as he struck the match. Besides, he was alone at the scene of the fire.”

Police sources said the landlady, whose identity could not be immediately ascertained, is currently on the run, adding that effort was on to apprehend her with a view to commencing investigation into the matter.
Operatives at the homicide section of the State Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Department, SCIID, Yaba are currently investigating the matter.

Man Allegedly Bites Off Another Man's Lip For Refusing To 'Nack' Him.

A 27-year-old man, Saidi Abubaka, has been charged before an Isolo Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for allegedly biting off the lip of another man, one Abubakar Abdulahi, 25, for refusing his sexual advance.

The accused was said to have committed the offence at Ago Palace Way, Okota, where the defendant and complainant reside.

According to the police, Abubakar was arrested for his involvement in indecent act by forcing his victim into unlawful sex and assault.

It was gathered that the matter was reported to the police at Okota Division. He was arrested and allegedly confessed to committing the crime.

Abubakar was charged with indecent act, conduct likely to cause breach of public peace and assault under the Criminal Code.

The prosecutor, Mr. Abayomi Abass, informed the court that it was not the first time Abubaka was involved in sexual assault of males.

Abayomi told the court that the accused had been arrested on two occasions by the police for harassing and molesting males for sex.

However, when the charge was read to the accused, he pleaded not guilty.

22 Boko Haram members discovered among Nigerians deported from Cameroon

The National Emergency Management Agency has discovered 22 Boko Haram members among Nigerians deported from Cameroon who were put at the Internally Displaced Persons camp in Mubi, Adamawa State.

Muhammad Sani-Sidi, the Director-General of NEMA, disclosed this at the 18th Safe Schools Initiative Technical Committee meeting on Thursday in Abuja.

Sani-Sidi stated that the Boko Haram members were identified with a peculiar mark on their backs amongst the 12,000 Nigerians deported from Cameroon put in IDPs camp in Mubi.

He added that 90 per cent of the deported persons were from Borno State.

He said: “The Cameroonian government dumped 12,000 Nigerians at Mubi and we had to move them to transit camps and even open more camps to accommodate them.

“Ninety per cent of these returnees are from Borno with a lot of Boko Haram elements among them.

“We arrested 22 of them yesterday, who were actually planning an attack.

“They were identified with a mark inscribed on their backs with hot iron in form of tattoos.

“The mark on their backs indicates that they are ready to die.”

Sani-sidi said there were 23 residential camps in Borno State and that the state government planned to open more as the number of displaced persons was increasing.

Kate Henshaw Narrates how she lost Everything to Fire that gutted her Lekki Home

In June, Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw lost her Lekki house and possessions as well to fire.

The unfortunate incident occurred  when she was shooting the 'Do Good' TV comedy series. The following month she thanked all her fans and well wishers for their support during the tragic occurence.

Now in a recent interview with City People, Kate Henshaw narrated the course of events on the unfortunate day.

"It is true. The house got burnt and I lost everything. I really don't know what happened because I was here on the 'Do Good' set, I was filming, and was about to have lunch when my nanny called me and was like "madam fire". I told her to get people to throw water on it and didn't even know it was like a big fire. I immediately got up and by the time I turned into the street before mine, I could see the sky was black. I got there and there were people everywhere and nobody could get in. Because the first thing about fire is the smoke, its going to make it totally impossible to get in, and it could kill you. And my next door neighbour was having his daughter's birthday and there were children there, that was IK Osakioduwa, he happens to be my next door neighbour, and he had sent a message to all radio stations about the fire" narrated the veteran actress.

"I called the fire service for over 2 hours and there was no response, by the time they came everything had gone. The house was razed completely. But I am talking to you now, and I am glad to be alive. Winning this award further goes to show that as long as there is life, you can hope for tomorrow" said Kate Henshaw.

Last weekend Kate Henshaw picked up the City People Face of Nollywood awards. The actress is now upbeat and reflected on what the incident has taught her.

"There are two choices, either you stand up or you stay down. There are many people who have gone through such fire experience and lost their lives but there is no scratch on me, the will power is what matters. I was at that point where I said what's the use, where I am going to start from but I thank God."

Brothers behead sister,parade severed head through village over affair with cousin

Two Indian brothers have decapitated their teenage sister and paraded her severed head through their village because they disapproved of her 'romantic relationship' with a cousin.

A dozen people watched on in horror as Phool Jehan, 17, was dragged out of her house, severely beaten and beheaded by her two brothers on Monday.

But they did not tell the police. 

The crime was only later reported by a local security guard, one officer explained. Police have been unable to find the two brothers, named Nanhe and Gul Hasan, whose ages are not known.After killing their sister, they left her body body in the street as they roamed around the north-Indian village with her head.

According to the Indian Times, they shouted:

 'This is what happens as punishment for having an affair.'

Honour killings are common across India, but such brutal slayings are extremely rare.While the brothers are on the run, police have detained Jehan's cousin to question him, said another police officer.

Buhari to confirm Amina Zakari as INEC boss

President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to confirm the appointment of the acting chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Amina Zakari.

Buhari appointed Zakari as the acting chairman of the electoral body on June 30.

Punch reports that Buhari is undeterred by the resistance and stiff opposition to her appointment by several Nigerians, case in point, the Peoples Democratic Party.

A source privy to developments regarding Zakari’s appointment revealed to Punch Newspapers, that the President had made up his mind to confirm Zakari’s appointment as opposed to looking for another candidate.

The source, who spoke anonymously, said Zakari’s appointment would be confirmed soon enough, to give her ample time to oversee preparations for the upcoming governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa states.

Furthermore, the source was quoted to have said that the federal government would appoint national commissioners into INEC after sorting out the appointment of substantive chairman.

“It is almost certain that the President will soon confirm Mrs. Zakari’s appointment. She may be named the substantive chairman of INEC soon. The President does not seem to be interested in shopping for a chairman from outside the commission”.

Chibok Girls: The World Must Ensure They Are Never Forgotten – BBOG Group

The #BringBackOurGirls(BBOG) group has stated that the world should ensure that the Chibok girls abducted by the Boko Haram sect in their school in Borno State last year were not abandoned nor forgotten.

In a statement signed by the leaders of the group, Dr Oby Ezekwesili and Hadiza Bala Usman, it stated that the girls have become a symbol of oppressed, repressed, disadvantaged, hurting and unsafe persons everywhere in the world adding that forgetting them will be like forgetting all the vulnerable in the society.

“Our Chibok girls are the symbol for all the oppressed, repressed, disadvantaged, hurting, unsafe persons everywhere, especially women and children. The advocacy for their safety and safe return is a symbol of the defence of the dignity and sanctity of human life,” the statement said.

The group urged the world to add their voice in the advocacy for the abducted girls that have been in the hands of their captors for over 450 to be rescued.

“Wherever you may be around the world, we urge you to join us in voicing out that our innocent Chibok girls (who are global citizens) are crying to be rescued, that the world must ensure that they are never to be forgotten,” it said.

Nigeria Has Highest Number of IDPs Worldwide - UN

The United Nations Country Representative, Mr. Dauda Toure, has said Nigeria has the highest number of internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the world numbering 1.5 million.
Toure, who stated this yesterday in Abuja while giving his goodwill message to commemorate the 2015 World Humanitarian Day organised by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), noted that a major problem for the victims was lack of access to them, most of whom are not in camps but in host communities.

While commending NEMA for the work it had been doing, he said there was a need to scale up response to crisis in the country.
Toure said there was a need for more resources to be made available to improve responsiveness in the areas of education and health care.

He further appealed to international communities and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to make more resources available to help to rebuild the livelihoods of the affected victims of insurgency in the North-east, adding that the region has a lot of potential to develop.

Lara Oshiomole: Edo's First Lady Honored By Nigeria’s Girls Guide Association (Photos)

Lara Oshiomhole, the wife of the Edo state governor, has announced that the state government will always give priority to girls’ education.

PM News reports that Mrs Oshiomhole made the statement on Tuesday, August 18, in Benin at the 2015 edition of the Nigerian Girls Guide Association National Camp Meeting.

“Edo state is a strong believer in the training of the youth, especially the girl child and we believe strongly that whenever you educate a girl, you educate the family and you have educated the nation.

“I want to thank you for what you are doing here and I urge you to keep it up. I am very happy to be here in your midst today. I have heard a lot about the Girls Guide Association and I came here today to see what you have been doing and I am pleased with what I have seen here today,” the First Lady said.

 Mrs Oshiomhole was later invested as the patron of Nigerian Girls Guide Association, Edo state chapter.

Gabon’s President gives entire inheritance to charity

Gabon’s President Ali Bongo has pledged to give his share of the inheritance from his father to charity and said his family was also handing over properties including a villa in the capital and two homes in Paris to the state.

Reuters reports that Bongo has led the central African oil producer since winning a 2009 election that followed the death of his father, longtime President Omar Bongo.

Ali Bongo made the announcement in a speech broadcast on state-owned television late on Monday to mark the 55th anniversary of independence from France. He said the decision was in honour of his father.

“All the revenues from my share of the inheritance will go to a foundation for youth and education because everyone knows – and I say it again – that the youth were sacred in the eyes of President Omar Bongo Ondimba,” he said.

The Bongo family’s wealth is believed to include millions of dollars held in foreign bank accounts, real estate and stakes in Gabon’s main industries.

 Gabon’s oil wealth has put its per capita gross domestic product among the highest in Africa and the World Bank ranks it as an upper middle-income country. However, wealth is unevenly distributed and many Gabonese live in poverty.
