Kim Kardashian Has Son’s Placenta Made Into Pills To Aid Post Partum Depression

This is probably the strangest thing we have heard but it’s the Kardashians so nothing is so surprising.

Kim Kardashian revealed on her website that she had her son, Saint’s placenta made into pills which she takes daily in a bid to ward off postpartum depression.

Apparently, the new mum did the same thing after the birth of North West.

Sharing her experience with fans, she wrote;

“So, I’m really not this holistic person or someone who would have ever considered eating my placenta,’ ‘And when I say “eat my placenta,” I mean that I’m having it freeze-dried and made into a pill form- not actually fry it like a steak and eat it (which some people do, BTW).”I thought, why not try it? What do I have to lose?’

‘I really didn’t want the baby blues and thought I can’t go wrong with taking a pill made of my own hormones- made by me, for me’.

‘I started researching and read about so many moms who felt this same way and said the overall healing process was so much easier.’ I had great results and felt so energized and didn’t have any signs of depression! I definitely had to do it again. ‘Every time I take a pill, I feel a surge of energy and feel really healthy and good. I totally recommend it for anyone considering it!”

Lamar Odom Struggles With Severe Memory Loss, Cant Remember His Own Name

According to reports, 36-year-old former NBA star, Lamar Odom’s road to recovery is definitely going to be a long one as it’s said he forgets his own name.

Although Khloe Kardashian said last month that the 36-year-old former NBA star could be “mentally fully recovered” in a year and a half, a source close to Lamar tells ET that, currently, he’s far from looking like his old self.

“He’s not doing great,” the source says. “His speech is still slurred and he can barely walk on his own yet. He forgets a lot of people’s names — sometimes even his own. He definitely has some memory loss.”

But on the bright side, the Kardashian family is still fully supporting him.

“They all pop in to see him [at Ceders-Sinai Medical Center], including Khloe,” the source says.

The Insider caught up with 31-year-old Khloe last month while she was promoting her book, Strong Looks Better Naked, when she admitted that her ex was still having trouble processing the events of the last two months. Odom was found unresponsive at the Love Ranch brothel in Crystal, Nevada on Oct. 13, and has since been undergoing intense therapy after coming out of a coma.

“I don’t know if he can right now,” Khloe candidly responded when asked if Lamar has been able to show her gratitude for sticking close to his side. “Like, I don’t know if he fully understands everything, but I know he is grateful… and I’m not doing it for validation. I’m not doing it to get praise back.”

“He’s doing better every day, for sure, which is a blessing, but it’s going to be a long road and he has to walk that road,” Khloe also stressed to ET last month. “It’s going to be a long time.”

Comic Nollywood actor, Dede One Day is dead

Nollywood comic actor, Dede One Day has reportedly died.

It was gathered that the talented comic merchant died of high blood pressure in the early hours of Monday after performing at an event on Sunday.

According to the Nation, “One Day anchored a program for One Mr Charles Esonu on Sunday in Aba, from there he went to Ugwunagbo for another event he was paid to anchor as Master of ceremony, but he couldn’t conclude that event as he fell sick and was rushed to hospital over BP related issue and he died late in the Night.”

Popular female blogger Linda Ikeji may (or may not) have been called out by social commentator and activist Kayode Ogundamisi for allegedly receiving a lump sum of N240 million from the administration of former president, Goodluck Jonathan.

Kayode, who didn’t particularly mention any names, took to Facebook to post a message saying that Dudafa Waripamo, Special Adviser on Domestic Affairs to Jonathan, revealed that he gave N240 million to a ‘popular female blogger in Lagos’.

While the news quickly spread like wildfire and led to series of interpretations and misinterpretations, Linda Ikeji, assuming Kayode was talking about her, has come out to defend her honour.

Here is what she posted on her website regarding the controversy that is currently trending across all social media platforms.

“So, social commentator and activist Kayode Ogundamisi tweeted this today…he didn’t mention any names but I am now trending on Twitter. Many assume he’s talking about me…and you can’t blame them really. He said…popular! I’m somewhat popular! He said female.. I’m female…duh! Lol. He said Lagos…I live in Lagos…in a posh place called Banana Island..lol. #Flipsweave! #Just teasing!

So people are reacting and some actually believe it! That PDP or someone in the party gave me N240m? For what? Advert? This was why I didn’t want to get politics advert money in the first place o…and but then some of you advised that I do when I asked here and now see the gbege that I have entered…lol.

But seriously for the record…no party registered or unregistered, no human being dead or alive gave me N240m for anything. The only advert I did for PDP was a page background take-over for former president Jonathan… and they asked for the space after I did a page background take-over for APC’s Akinwunmi Ambode. (I’m sure you all saw it). The two parties paid me same amount. I had a politics advert rate which I sent to everyone who wanted to advertise on LIB! And it was a few millions …which some of you followed to chop inside in the giveaway that April…lol. #Kidding!

Anyway, all these bad belle people looking for ways to bring a woman down…like I always say…you can’t! Except you’re mightier than God! Actress Georgina Onuoha comes hard on fans over her failed marriage

Divorced Nollywood actress, Georgina Onuoha, on Monday expressed her displeasure at some fans who had attacked her on the Social Media over her failed marriage.

The angry mother of two, who couldn’t take it any longer, decided to voice her anger through her latest Instagram post.

The actress shared the post of one of her critics, Vivian Rowland who had earlier voiced her views.

“I don’t know why people cannot keep their opinions to themselves. Meanwhile, they are the most miserable in life.

“Oops I forgot, she said President Buhari made her an ambassador, she actually calls herself an ambassador.

“But it’s not what you think, it’s a student university ambassadorship recruiting, I guess so she can be paid.

“Looking at this picture of her speaks volumes; she desperately needs attention and a man. The last time I checked, only street girls dress this way.’’

Onuoha replied by saying, “Go get a life okay. And learn next time how to write on people’s walls about matters and issues that do not concern you. Peace girl.’’

She also hinted that it was about time she started exposing faces of those who wouldn’t let her be with their hateful comments.
Continuing, she added, “Time to start exposing faces of bigots who sit behind computers vomiting hate over people they don’t know or issues that they don’t have a clue about.

Bishop David Oyedepo has revealed plans of building a massive 100,000 Seater auditorium called Faith Theatre.

The church, Winners Chapel already has the largest church building in the world and this new building will break its existing record of Faith Tabernacle which currently seats 50,000 people. The new building will include a massive shopping mall, food center and other business will be accepted to trade within the premises.

The plan for the new Faith Theatre 

was revealed during the last day of the Shiloh 2015 programme in an animated video viewed by millions of 

attendees.

Stella Damasus, Husband Launch ‘Mon Afrik TV’

Nollywood actress, Stella Damasus, and hubby, Daniel Ademonikan plan to launch an online television station, ‘Mon Afrik TV, the couple have said. Explaining the project concept, Damascus said Mon Afrik TV would aggregate programming contents from BET, MTV, E-ONLINE, NBC and CW Network and is Africa-centric. On his part, Ademinokan said the project aimed to fill a vacuum in television programming.

“We see no reason why a struggling producer who can barely afford to raise the capital to make his/her TVshow should also look for money to pay the TV stations for airtime before the world can see his/her content. After that, they have to convince brands to place adverts on the show before he/she can start making any money. That is extremely discouraging for independent producers.

“MON AFRIK TV is creating a platform where producers can showcase their works to the world and make good money for themselves without having to deal with the run-around from TV stations. This is not a Video-on-Demand platform for movies and is not trying to pry into an already saturated market,” Ademinokan said.

EFCC arraigns Dasuki, three others at Abuja High Court(Photos)

Three of the suspects in the $2.1 billion arms funds diversion scandal are presently being arraigned before an Abuja High Court.

Those arraigned are- former National Security Adviser, NSA, Col. Sambo Dasuki, former Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, Aminu Baba Kusa and Director of Finance and Administration in the Office of the NSA, Salisu Shuaibu.

The trio are appearing before Justice H.Y. Baba on a 22-count charge bordering on fraud and money laundering.
