Shocking: Kidnappers now use ATM to collect ransom from victims

Kidnappers in Rivers State now collect their ransom by forcing the victims to reaveal their their Personal Identification Number, which they use to withdraw money from ATM before releasing them.

This was in a statement released by the Rivers State Police Command in PH, by the Public Relation Officer, Mr Ahmad Mohammad.
