After You Find Out What Pineapples Can Do To Your Breasts, You Will Never Stop Eating Them !
“Pineapples contain a whole range of antioxidants and are also considered to be anti-cancer fruits. However, its use in women is indispensable. It contains substances that restore elasticity of skin fibers and thus rejuvenate it. This is especially visible on female breasts which lose their shape over the years. Drink enough fluids, discard the coffee and alcohol and eat pineapples daily. The results will be noticeable immediately, “doctors recommend.
An amazing smoothy which can be consumes daily:
1 cup finely chopped pineapple
¼ cup pineapple juice
½ cup yogurt
¼ cup water
3-4 ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a blender and drink the smoothy in the morning or before a meal.
Here is the Benefits of Pineapple:
Arthritis Management: One of the most celebrated uses of pineapple in terms of health is its ability to reduce the inflammation of joints and muscles, particularly those associated with arthritis, a truly debilitating disease that affects millions of people around the world. Pineapples contain a relatively rare proteolytic enzyme called bromelain, which is primarily associated with breaking down complex proteins, but it also has serious anti-inflammatory effects, and has been positively correlated with reducing the signs and symptoms of arthritis in many test subjects.
Immune System: A single serving of pineapple has more than 130% of the daily requirement of vitamin-C for human beings, making it one of the richest and most delicious sources of ascorbic acid. Vitamin C is mainly associated with reducing illness and boosting the immune system by stimulating the activity of white blood cells and acting as an antioxidant to defend against the harmful effects of free radicals. Free radicals are dangerous byproducts of cellular metabolism that can damage various organ systems and disrupt function, as well as cause healthy cells to mutate into cancerous ones. The vitamin C content of pineapples defends against this.
Tissue and Cellular Health: One of the commonly overlooked benefits of vitamin C is its essential role in creating collagen. This is partly the reason why it is seen as a healing vitamin, because collagen is the essential protein base of blood vessel walls, skin, organs, and bones. High vitamin C content helps you heal wounds and injuries to the body quickly, along with defending against infections and illness.
Cancer Prevention: In addition to the antioxidant potential of vitamin C in the battle against cancer, pineapples are also rich in various other antioxidants, including vitamin A, beta carotene, bromelain, various flavonoid compounds, and high levels of manganese, which is an important co-factor of superoxide dismutase, an extremely potent free radical scavenger that has been associated with a number of different cancers. Pineapple has directly been related to preventing cancers of the mouth, throat, and breast.
Digestion: Like most fruits, pineapples are a rich source of fiber, but they are special in that they contain both soluble and insoluble fiber. This means that eating a healthy amount of pineapples can protect you from a vast amount of health conditions, including constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, atherosclerosis and blood clotting, as well as blood pressure. Fiber can bulk up stool, which promotes the passage of food through the digestive tract at a normal rate, and also stimulates the release of gastric and digestive juices to help food dissolve. Furthermore, it bulks up loose stool, which helps with diarrhea and IBS. Fiber also strips the blood vessels clean of excess cholesterol and eliminates it from the body, thereby boosting cardiovascular health.

Jonathan And Aides Stole 11.02 Trillion Naira - APC

The administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan has been accused of looting about $56bn (N11.02tn) by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Lai Mohammed
According to the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Alhaji Lai Mohammed in a statement on Sunday, August 16, $6bn (1.2tn, at the rate of N197 to dollar) was stolen by some of Jonathan’s ministers and that 160 million barrels of crude worth $13.9bn (N2.74tn) were lost between 2009 and 2012 while $13bn (N2.56tn) in NLNG dividends was mostly unaccounted for.
“Some instances of the looting are as follows: N3.8tn out of the N8.1tn earned from crude oil (2012-2015) withheld by NNPC; $2.1bn (N413.7bn) from Excess Crude Account unaccounted for; Department of Petroleum Resources’ unremitted N109.7bn royalty from oil firms.
“Others are: $6bn (1.2tn) allegedly looted by some ministers of the last administration; 160 million barrels of crude worth $13.9bn (N2.74tn) lost between 2009 and 2012; $15m (N2.96bn) from the botched arms deal yet to be returned to Nigeria; $13bn (N2.56tn) in NLNG dividends mostly unaccounted for; N30bn rice waiver; and N183bn unaccounted for at the NDDC.”
Mr Mohammed added that the Buhari government can not take off if it did not recover some of the trillions stolen under Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
“It is absolutely gratifying that Nigerians are vehemently opposed to the few who would rather have the government of the day turn a blind eye to the looted funds and, in their words, carry on with the process of governance.
“Truly, what sort of governance can go on if the billions of naira in a few hands are not recovered? In the first instance, the government needs every kobo of the funds it can muster to bring about the change it has promised Nigerians.
“Secondly, leaving such hair-raising funds in the hands of the few looters is dangerous, because they can use the funds to destabilise any government. In fact, no one will be surprised if the looters use their dirty funds to sponsor public demonstrations against the government’s determination to recover the funds.
‘’Thirdly, allowing those who privatised the commonwealth to get away is offering a thumbs-up for looting. No responsible government will do that” he was quoted in Punch.

78-year-old man rapes an 11-year old girl in Lagos, mother finds out after the girl woke up screaming 'pen1s'(Photo)

A 78-year-old man, Alhaji Dauda Adebowale, has been arrested for allegedly raping an 11-year-old girl, Remilekun (pseudonym). The incident was said to have happened in Pen Cinema, in the Agege area of the state.

The first rape occurred sometime in June 2015, when Remilekun was passing by a shop where the old man, who hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State, lived .He had called to send her on an errand.

When she returned, he was said to have dragged her into the shop and raped her, threatening to kill her if she divulged the act to anyone.

PUNCH Metro gathered that Adebowale cashed in on the minor’s fear and thereafter raped her on several occasions.

However, trouble started for the suspect on Sunday, August 2, when Remilekun, who was reportedly sleeping beside her mother in the afternoon of the fateful day, suddenly woke up, shouting ‘penis, penis’ to the amazement of the mother.

The woman, who did not want her name in print, said haggard-looking Remilekun opened up to her after she pestered her.
She said,
“On that Sunday, I was ill and was sleeping. She also slept beside me. She suddenly cried out, shouting, ‘penis, penis, penis’. I was shocked. When I asked her what happened, she said it was a man on our street that had been having sex with her.
“I followed her to the man’s house. Some boys confronted him and he confessed to them. I then reported him at the Area G Police Command in Ogba and he was arrested. I took my daughter to a hospital for tests because she has become lean. The medical result showed that her vagina had been tampered with and I have given it to the police.”
The victim, a primary two pupil, who spoke with our correspondent in Yoruba, said she could not count the number of time the septuagenarian had raped her, adding that she dared the threat because she could no longer bear the harassment.
“I was passing by a shop on our street one Saturday afternoon when he called me. He was sitting outside the shop and told me to help him bring a document inside the shop. I was about to leave after I gave him the document when he dragged me inside and locked the door.
“He covered my mouth and raped me. He threatened to kill me if I told anybody. The following day, he called me again and repeated the same thing. I can’t remember how many times he had sex with me. Whenever I told him I would tell my mother, he would say I was playing with my life.
“When I could no longer bear it, I opened up to a woman in our area and she promised that she would make sure the man was evicted from the shop.

“It was few days after that my mother said she heard me shout ‘penis’ while I was asleep.”
Remilekun’s sister, Tokunbo (pseudonym) said she had narrowly escaped being trapped by the suspect not knowing that her younger sister had fallen victim.
She said,
“He called me two weeks ago and told me that he liked me. He promised to take care of me if I cooperated.
“I said I did not understand and managed to run away. I told my mother when I got home and she warned me to stay off his reach.”
The suspect was arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court on three counts bordering on rape.

23-year-old admission seeker commits suicide in Lagos(Photo)

On Sunday a 23-year-old, identified only as Ugochukwu, was found hanging in his apartment in Festac. It was gathered that on Sunday at about 12pm, Ugochukwu’s mother, identified only as Ngozi, and his two siblings came back from church to find him hanging in the sitting room, dead.

The family members were said to have raised the alarm which brought neighbours to the scene, as everyone was taken aback at the sight of Ugochukwu’s dangling body.
The 23-year-old reportedly used a rope to hang himself from a ceiling fan.
The matter was said to have been reported at the FESTAC Police Division, and the officers reportedly came to remove the corpse.
A police source said that Ugochukwu’s relations said the deceased did not give any clue as to why he committed suicide.
He said:
“Nobody can say why he committed suicide. But two Sundays ago, they caught him mixing cement to drink. The family members had actually gone to church, and he had stayed behind. It was a nieghbour who caught him and alerted the family members.
“But all efforts made to find out from him, what went wrong reportedly proved abortive, as he refused to tell anyone anything, including his mother.
“This morning, the family members went to church again, and Ugochukwu decided to stay back. Nobody suspected anything. It was when the family members came back that they found his corpse.”
Another resident in the area, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the corpse had been taken to the mortuary by the police.
She said:
“Ugochukwu’s father’s whereabouts are unknown, but the boy has a younger brother and an elder sister.
“The corpse has been taken to the mortuary. Since he finished secondary school, he had not been able to secure admission. He took the UTME again this year.
“Everyone knows him as someone who did not talk too much. But no one knew exactly why he committed suicide. He was not working. He was usually at home. They were staying in a room and parlour. They are an average family.”
One of Ugochukwu’s neighbours, Oluja, said:
“I am shocked that Ugochukwu has passed on. I just returned from my church, only to learn that Ugochukwu was found hanging in his apartment.
“It was the policemen from FESTAC that took his body away. Everyone in the area is still in shock.
“I know that he had been worried about his admission to the university.
“He had tried several schools, but never made it. Also, he was having a financial problem. Maybe, it is the sum of these worries that made him commit suicide. He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.”

'Am Alive’ - Shekau Dismisses Rumours Of Replacement As Boko Haram Leader

Leader of terrorist sect, Abubakar Shekau, on Sunday released an audio recording in which he refuted reports about his death.

Security experts reportedly confirmed that it was indeed Shekau’s voice in the recording.

According to Sahara Reporters, the recording was eight minutes long and in Hausa language. Here are excerpts of what Shekhau said:
“It is indeed all over the global media of infidels that I am dead or that I am sick and incapacitated and have lost influence in the affairs of religion,” he said in the recording released on social media.
It should be understood that this is false. This is indeed a lie. If it were true, my voice wouldn’t have been heard, now that I am speaking.
Gratitude be to Allah and with his help, I have not disappeared. I am still alive and I am not dead. And I will not die until my time appointed by Allah is up.
…This ostentatious person, a liar — I mean Buhari, who raised arms to crush us in three months. You Buhari, why didn’t you say in three years?” Shekau demanded.
We will certainly fight you by the grace of Allah until we establish Allah’s law everywhere on Earth.”

Diverted $1 Billion Rail Transport Loan Saga: Okonjo-Iweala Denies Allegations

Last week, President Buhari queried the Ministry of Finance regarding the whereabouts of the foreign loans obtained for rail projects but diverted to other purposes under the watch of former finance minister, Ngozi Okonjo – Iweala.
Okonjo-Iweala has denied the allegations, ThisDay reports.
She released a statement on the matter via her Media Adviser, Paul Nwabuikwu:
Since this story was first reported, we have continued to receive media inquiries regarding an allegation reportedly made by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport, Alhaji Mohammed Bashar, that a substantial part of a $1bn loan obtained from theChina-EximBank by theJonathan administration for a Kano-Lagos rail project was diverted to other projects.
I want to state categorically that there is no truth in the reported allegation. Anyone who is interested can crosscheck with the China-EximBank or the Chinese Embassy.
It is noteworthy that even though President Buhari, in his reported comments on the allegation, made no reference to Dr. Okonjo-Iweala but rightly stressed the need for due process and transparency in the execution of public projects, a sponsored media campaign has once again been launched by political elements to make the former Minister the culprit in a non-existent scandal.
The alleged diversion has no substance for the simple reason that the Kano-Lagos project was not even among the projects presented for funding by the China Exim Bank for several strategic infrastructural projects across the country.
According to her, it was the Lagos–Ibadan rail project and not the Lagos-Kano rail project that was proposed in the original application to the China-EximBank, adding that in the end, no funds were assigned for the Lagos-Ibadan rail project by the China-EximBank.
“The fact which can be confirmed is that the following projects, which are at various stages of progress are being funded from facilities obtained from the China-Exim-Bank,” she said.
The statement listed them as $500 million for the expansion of four international airport terminals in Lagos, Kano, Abuja and Port Harcourt, $500 million for the Abuja Light Rail project, $984 million for the Zungeru Hydro-electric power project, and $100 million for the Galaxy Backbone project.
“It is also important to note that even if the alleged project was on the list of China-EximBank funded projects, diversion of any Chinese funds would have been extremely difficult because the terms of the contract and the processes would simply not have permitted such action.
The procedure is that funds for approved loans remain in the China-EximBank and are released directly to the Chinese firm executing the contract only after the presentation of duly certified proof of work by the responsible Ministry, in this case it would have been the Federal Ministry of Transport, based on the agreed milestones.
For the sake of emphasis, the China-EximBank does not disburse money directly to government and therefore the issue of diversion does not arise.
This is yet another example of the kind of whispering campaign of calumny, innuendo, misinformation, and outright distortions being perpetrated by certain political elements against Dr. Okonjo-Iweala in a bid to try to damage her reputation. We are confident that those behind this campaign will continue to fail.
We respectfully request the media to refrain from attaching Dr. Okonjo-Iweala’s name and photographs to spurious and unfounded allegations. Dr. Okonjo-Iweala as a Nigerian citizen in a democracy, a citizen who has served her country with honesty and integrity, also has some fundamental rights to justice and fair play,” the statement added.
