The first person to be diagnosed with Ebola in the United States die yesterday, officials with the Texas Health Presbyterian announced.
Thomas Eric Duncan, 42, is also the first person known to die of Ebola in the US. The Liberian citizen, who recently traveled to Dallas to re-unite with a long-lost son and girlfriend,had been in isolation since september 28.
The United States has announced screening measures at entry point to check travellers from Africa for symptoms of the virus.
