TeamPokoGhana is a group of students in Ghana. Mostly students from Islamic university but also constitute other students from university of Ghana, Gambia and Nigeria. Members of this group are fans of Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh who have decided to give back to the needy, and to extend "THE TONTO DIKEH FOUNDATION" to Ghanaians as well, so they decided to pay a visit to Jehovah Rapha Children's Home in Ghana to give donations and show love.
