Former CBN boss and the current Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is set to take a fourth wife.
According to reports, the bride-to-be is the 17-year-old daughter of Lamido of Adamawa, Alhaji Aliyu Musdafa.
Sanusi, who already has three wives - Sadiya, Maryam and Rakiya decision to marry a new wife, is in line with Islamic injunction which prescribes a maximum of four wives for those who can take good care of them.
His marriage to the Adamawa princess is expected to further boost royal bond between Adamawa and Kano.
