A panel beater has been arrested by the police for allegedly punching a staff of LAGBUS(Lagos state government-owned high commuter bus) unconscious at Idiroko area of Ikorodu road, Lagos.
The panel beater, Sarafa Rasak, 26, was alleged to have beaten Oladele Oluwatobi, a sales representative and ticketer attached to the bus, over a disagreement.
The LAGBUS staff, whose nose was broken in the attack, was rushed to the Accident and Emergency Unit at Old Tollgate, Lagos- Ibadan expressway.
According to Rasak, an argument began when the bus refused to stop at Anthony. He denied beating Oluwatobi, but that he tripped and fell.
Rasak was arrested and brought to LAGBUS office from where he was handed over to the police.
