British actor of Nigerian descent, David Oyelowo has been selected to star alongside Lupita Nyong'o in the movie adaptation of Chimamanda Adichie's novel, "Americanah".
The story is centered on young Nigeria immigrants, who face a lifetime of struggle while their relationships endures. Brad Pitt's production company, Plan B will produce the movie.
Though his role in the movie is still unknown, Oyelowo is currently making waves and getting Oscar buzz for his portrayal of Martin Luther King in the movie "Selma".
