President Muhammadu Buhari’s spouse, Mrs. Aisha Buhari has reportedly parked to the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Thursday, June 18, 2015 barely three weeks since Friday, May 29, 2015 that President Buhari’s administration was inaugurated.
President Buhari has been operating from the Defence House, the official residence of the President-elect located at Maitama Distric, Abuja.
It was gathered that Mrs Aisha Buhari officially moved to the Presidential Villa on Thursday, June 18, 2015 by 6pm at a time when her spouse was not in Abuja.
A reliable source from the Presidential Villa disclosed to newsmen on Friday, June 19, 2015 that, “Hajia (Aisha Buhari) arrived here (Presidential Villa) with her entourage at about 6pm on Thursday (June 18, 2015).
“She had relocated ahead of her husband.
“She passed the night here.”
Some journalists who had visited the First Lady’s Wing of the Aso Villa on Friday, June 19, 2015 met some luxurious cars parked before the premises, an indication that Mrs. Buhari was playing host to some guests.
It has been tipped also, from the Presidency, that President Buhari is expected to join his wife in the Aso Villa once he arrives from his local trip.
President Buhari on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 had journeyed to Kaduna from Abuja shortly after his arrival from South Africa where he had taken part in the just concluded 25th Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union.
He moved to Kaduna then to his home-town, Daura, in Katsina State.
